"I got this computer this summer intending to use it for college. So far I've installed Windows Business on it and manually reinstalled all the drivers, and it still works perfectly. The SLi allows for excellent gaming, and can be enabled and disabled easily, which allows it to run plenty of current games, as well as some older ones, with ease. Normal computing tasks are carried out extremely quickly and efficiently. The only problems I've run into have been some slowdown when running the Aero layout of Vista, which can easily be overcome by disabling it, and occasional graphics crashes when playing one particular game (which is a characteristic of the SLi hardware with that particular game). It does not, however, happen often enough to cause any kind of major annoyance, and a restart of said game solves the problem. All in all, the computer itself is extremely solid and provides an excellent gaming and computing experience. The only major annoyances I've had have been a result of Windows Vista, and not the laptop itself. The only cost users need be prepared to accept is the short battery life, which, even on battery saver mode isn't great, and relative bulkiness for a laptop. Overall, I believe the benefits far outweigh the costs, and I have thoroughly enjoyed this computer."

"I stepped up from my 2004 Toshiba P15 to this machine. The keyboard is extremely user friendly. Speakers are awesome. It is handling my graphic programs at lightning fast speeds. I guess the best way to review this computer is to say that I am the envy of my high school students. I'm sure that this machine will last me as long as my last Toshiba. Just a side note, customer service at Toshiba was excellent. Thanks so much!"

"I really enjoy this computer! Its fast, easy to get use too and better then any other laptop out there! Toshiba always been one of my favorite software brands but i never knew that there technology on there computers will be this great! I really don't have any down falls on this computer...."

"had this product for over a month now.... has be a very stable laptop just dont like te vista personally... but everything has run very ,very,very well so far. havent had to see how toshiba support is but im happy with the laptop"
